We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, loss, and unauthorized access, modification, or disclosure. We may use and disclose personal information (including the client&#8217;s family&#8217;s, if applicable) for the primary purpose for which it is collected, for reasonably expected secondary purposes related to the primary purpose, and as authorized by applicable privacy laws. Generally, Manchester Way will disclose personal information for the following purposes:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>To conduct our business,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>To provide and market our services,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>To communicate with the client,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>To comply with our legal obligations, and<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>To help us manage and improve our services.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Refund and Cancellation Policy<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Full Payment Condition<\/strong><br>The refund percentages mentioned apply only to the full-service fee paid. Clients are only eligible for a refund if they have paid the complete full-service fee without any outstanding balance. Partial payments do not qualify for refunds, even if clients meet other refund conditions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Immigration Pronouncements<\/strong><br>Immigration processes may sometimes be anticipated based on future announcements, and clients may be registered in advance to meet potential caps. Clients acknowledge this risk and agree to proceed to avoid last-minute delays. If the client&#8217;s profile becomes ineligible after an announcement, they may transfer to other opportunities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Chargeback Policy<\/strong><br>Manchester Way has a strict zero-tolerance policy regarding chargebacks. Any customer disputing a valid credit card payment will be permanently blacklisted and barred from using the service. Outstanding fees will be sent to collections, and unpaid debts will be reported to credit agencies.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Refund Calculation<\/strong><br>The refund is calculated based on the Manchester Way consultation fee, excluding taxes, which are non-refundable.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Refund Process in Case of Rejection<\/strong><br>If the Immigration Authorities reject the client&#8217;s application, a refund will be issued as per the agreement within 15-30 working days after the client submits the Online Refund Claim Form and provides a copy of the rejection letter from the authorities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Third-Party Delays<\/strong><br>Manchester Way is not responsible for delays caused by third-party services, and clients cannot claim refunds of service charges in such cases.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Exclusions from Refunds<\/strong><br>Fees paid to Assessing Bodies, Immigration Authorities, Embassies, or Consulates are not refundable by Manchester Way. The service charges cover only the services provided by Manchester Way and do not include any government or assessing fees.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Online Payments<\/strong><br>Clients paying through an online card service agree not to withdraw or chargeback the payment without Manchester Way&#8217;s knowledge, except where explicitly allowed by the refund policy.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Credit Card or Net Banking Payments<\/strong><br>Clients paying via credit card or net banking voluntarily agree not to dispute the payment and will inform their bank that the payment to Manchester Way is genuine and should not be charged back.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Service Charges<\/strong><br>Manchester Way service charges are determined based on company standards and are not subject to claims of being too expensive after registration.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Fund Requirements for Immigration<\/strong><br>The client is responsible for meeting the fund requirements for immigration as required by the specific country\u2019s authorities. Failure to do so does not entitle the client to a refund of service charges.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Nullification of Previous Registrations<\/strong><br>Any previous registrations with Manchester Way before the date of this agreement will be nullified unless explicitly confirmed in writing by Manchester Way.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>No Refunds for Rejection Grounds<\/strong><br>No refunds will be issued if the client&#8217;s application is rejected due to:<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Failure to attend interviews,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Failure of medicals by the client or family members,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Non-compliance with embassy or consulate requirements,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Inability to provide a valid Police Clearance Certificate,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Insufficient funds for settlement,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prior immigration law violations,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Late submission of additional documents requested by the consulate,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Failure to meet the required score in English language tests,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Abandonment of the case or non-communication for over three months.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"14\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Additional Fees<\/strong><br>Clients must pay any additional fees required by government or assessment bodies. These are strictly non-refundable and not covered by Manchester Way.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Timely Submission of Documents<\/strong><br>Clients must submit all necessary documents within 30 days of registration. Failure to do so will void any claim for a refund.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Communication<\/strong><br>Clients must notify Manchester Way within one week of any communication received from authorities and keep Manchester Way informed of all direct communications with relevant bodies.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Interview Attendance<\/strong><br>Clients must attend interviews as required by authorities at their own cost. Failure to comply will void any claim for a refund.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Payment Issues<\/strong><br>If an application is rejected due to a payment error, the client cannot contest the withdrawal of their application.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Additional Document Requests<\/strong><br>Clients must submit additional documents if requested by authorities. Failure to do so does not entitle the client to a refund.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>No Transfers of Fees<\/strong><br>Fees paid to Manchester Way are non-transferable to friends or relatives.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Accuracy of Information<\/strong><br>Clients must provide accurate information and documents. If any provided details are found to be inaccurate or false, Manchester Way will not issue a refund.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Termination of Services<\/strong><br>Manchester Way reserves the right to terminate services without a refund under the following conditions:<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Failure to submit documents on time,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Attempts to defame the company,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Non-response to communications for over a month,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Unauthorized use of services by a third party,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Client behavior that renders the service impossible to continue.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"23\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Submission of Required Documents<\/strong><br>Clients must provide all documents, including originals if required, and failure to do so is the client&#8217;s responsibility.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Charges to Government Bodies<\/strong><br>Charges paid to government bodies, such as visa fees, are strictly non-refundable and not controlled by Manchester Way.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Change of Personal Information<\/strong><br>Clients must notify Manchester Way of any changes in their personal information, such as address or employment, throughout the process.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Language Tests<\/strong><br>Clients and their dependents must achieve the required scores in language tests as per the requirements of the authorities. Failure to meet these requirements does not entitle the client to a refund.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Client Discretion<\/strong><br>The decision to opt for Manchester Way services is entirely at the client&#8217;s discretion, and no refund will be issued for withdrawing during the process.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Criminal Records<\/strong><br>Clients must disclose any criminal records or insolvency cases.
